Targets: GT, yellowfin tuna, amberjack, big queenfish, big golden trevally, spangled emperor, bream, other trevally, jacks, etc.
Best time: season is October to May. February to May is when the yellowfin tuna arrive. October is good for jigging with big amberjack. GT whole season but end March to early May is best, especially for the bigger ones
Price: Around USD 1700 per day, whole boat, including meals and accommodation for 4 people + return transfers from the airport to Hasik

Beautiful, wild place. Some monster fish to be caught. An experience like no other, be prepared!
Gear: Provided by the charter but recommended to bring your own. Heavy popping set up for GT (topwater casting/popping) – 14000 reels, PE 6 or 8, 150 to 200lb shock leader. Jigging set up PE 3 or 4, 50lb to 80lb leader. Medium casting set up, 5000 or 6000 reel, PE 2 or 2.5, 40lb or 50lb leader. Lighter jigging set up 4000 reel, PE 1.5 or PE 2, 30lb or 40lb leader.
Recommended accommodation: Provided by the charter, villa in Hasik with option to camp on Hallaniyat islands for 1 night
How to get there: Fly into Salalah airport, the charter will pick you up from the airport
